Appoint an arbitrator

You will enter your dispute (subject, statement, claims, other party) and see the arbitration agreement. After validating it, Concorda sends it to the other party by email: their online acceptance forms the arbitration agreement (art. 357 ff. CPC). If the other party refuses or stays silent, you remain free to go to the ordinary court.

How it works, step by step
