In addition, if needed
The costs of the evidentiary measures requested by the parties (expert opinion, witness hearing, examination of the parties, site inspection). They are set and allocated by the arbitrator according to the measures actually ordered. For hearings and examinations held by video conference, a technical fee of CHF 30/hour is added to the arbitrator's fees (video, transcription and drafting of the minutes). Where simultaneous translation (live subtitles) is used, this fee rises to CHF 60/hour.
Borne by whom
Costs are, as a rule, borne by the losing party (art. 384 CPC). The base cost is advanced by the claimant at the outset.
